"This hotel is at the convention center end of Wilmington which means it's surrounded by boring, bland hotels and parking lots. It is however the most interesting hotel in the area since it incorporates an historic rail warehouse. The loft style rooms with the cubicle wall bathrooms, slider door, and curtain really aren't that great. Passing trend which is already passé."

"This hotel is old and needs and upgrade. Caulking in the bathroom showers and behind the sink was mildewy and falling off. Location fantastic! Rooms only have full size beds not Queen size which was was a major problem for us. We asked for a roll away bed to accommodate the 4 of us but we where not allowed to get one due to fire code, I would highly recommend that they upgrade to queen size beds the rooms are huge and they can easily fit. overall decent hotel"
